Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sr. Data Entry Clerk to support a contract assignment based in Spokane, Washington. This position focuses on reviewing and maintaining commission-related records with a strong emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and documentation quality. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling large volumes of numeric information, identifying discrepancies, and keeping organized audit trails while contributing to a broader premium rate review effort.

Job Responsibility

  • Examine broker commission information in company records to confirm completeness and accuracy
  • Compare commission entries with supporting documents and applicable review standards to identify inconsistencies
  • Enter corrections and update records promptly to maintain reliable and consistent data
  • Record all adjustments with clear notes so updates can be tracked during the audit process
  • Confirm commission rates and payment values across multiple account groups
  • Contribute to a larger premium rate audit initiative covering more than 15 trust account groups
  • Manage high-volume data tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality control

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in data entry, including numeric data input in high-volume environments
  • Strong typing skills with the ability to enter information quickly and accurately
  • Proven attention to detail when reviewing, validating, and correcting records
  • Ability to work with commission, payment, or other financial data with a high degree of precision
  • Comfort using computer-based systems to perform data entry and record updates
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain thorough audit documentation
  • Ability to follow established guidelines and compare records against source materials effectively
