We are looking for an experienced Sr. Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fairfield, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication with suppliers and vendors while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining accurate data records.
Job Responsibility:
Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to follow up on orders and resolve inquiries
Update pricing and quantities in the system to ensure accurate records
Handle order entry processes with precision and attention to detail
Manage the transfer and organization of data between systems as necessary
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
Deliver superior customer service to address client needs and concerns
Utilize call center tools and resources to provide timely support
Work efficiently within Windows PC environments to complete tasks
Ensure compliance with TRICARE guidelines when applicable
Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve processes
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a call center setting
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Windows PC systems and software
Knowledge of TRICARE policies and procedures is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with data entry and order processing systems
Commitment to delivering high-quality service in every interaction
