Job Responsibility
Lead Design Projects: Drive creative development from concept to execution, ensuring strategic alignment and brand consistency
Conceptual Thinking: Develop innovative design solutions that elevate brand storytelling and enhance consumer engagement
Brand & Packaging Expertise: Craft exceptional packaging designs and visual identities that reinforce brand equity and stand out at retail
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, innovation, and commercialization teams to bring designs to market effectively
Design Presentations: Create and present compelling design decks that showcase strategic thinking
Market & Trend Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging design techniques
Technical Execution: Work closely with production teams to ensure flawless execution across all touchpoints

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
5+ years of experience in brand and packaging design, preferably in consumer goods
Package design experience with CPG/FMCG brands is required
Portfolio link MUST be included in application and/or resume to be considered
Strong design strategy and execution skills—balancing creative vision with business objectives
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design tools
Experience in artwork production & pre-press for high-quality output across formats
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills to communicate design rationale
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
Experience at a design or creative agency strongly preferred
Knowledge of commercialization processes and participation in cross-functional meetings
