Our client is a thriving start-up. They are seeking a senior attorney to partner directly with the Founder and core leadership team on the development and execution of fund and investment structures. This is a high-impact role within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment, ideal for a legal professional who thrives in a build-phase setting and enjoys working closely with executive leadership.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead legal strategy and execution for fund formation and investment structuring initiatives
  • Advise on complex financial products, including tax-advantaged investment vehicles
  • Collaborate in real time with the Founder, internal stakeholders, external counsel, and board members
  • Support the structuring of renewable energy and/or infrastructure-related investments (if applicable)
  • Review, draft, and negotiate a range of transactional and governance documents
  • Ensure compliance with relevant securities, tax, and regulatory frameworks

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of legal experience, ideally as a contract or senior transactional attorney
  • Strong background in fund formation, investment management, or structured finance
  • Experience with financial products and tax-advantaged investments
  • Exposure to renewable energy, infrastructure, or similar asset classes strongly preferred
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Highly collaborative, with strong communication skills and executive presence
