We are seeking an expert individual to lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance controls throughout the datacenter lifecycle (build, design, operate). As a Sr. Controls & Compliance Manager, your job will be to assist in the development of innovative and effective compliance controls that mitigate 3rd party red-flags or risks, lead the implementation of those controls during each stage of the datacenter lifecycle, and monitor or audit those controls across CO+I operations, procurement, supply chain, and 3rd parties.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, implement, and monitor processes and controls to mitigate compliance risks (e.g. bribery and corruption, financial, human rights, privacy, etc.)
Conduct periodic onsite assessments to ensure compliance with applicable controls, policies and regulations
Drive the completion of compliance controls
Gain stakeholder alignment through strong storytelling (influencing for impact)
Develop clear, high-quality, well-documented processes that exceed industry benchmarks
Create, facilitate and deliver impactful trainings for 3rd parties on controls and compliance obligations
Analyze 3rd party due diligence reports and provide evaluation with appropriate risk mitigations
Act as a trusted advisor and compliance subject matter expert for the organization
Assess for continuous improvement and ensure effectiveness of controls for proactive risk management
Build strong relationships for effective collaboration with stakeholders across the company
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment

Ability to speak and present to leadership effectively
Ability to influence operations and engineering teams with control design and implementation
Ability to successfully collaborate, drive clarity, and ensure communication between stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent
6+ years of experience in compliance, public accounting, audit, risk or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in the construction industry (E/P/C)
Experience building or managing Anti-Corruption / Anti-Bribery compliance programs or controls
Familiarity with the global anti-corruption laws (e.g. the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the UK Bribery Act (UKBA) etc.)
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
