We are seeking a Sr. Contracts Manager to be located in our Merrimack, NH office to primarily support to our dynamic R3 Product Line. R3 is the premier provider of advanced radio frequency electronic warfare, microelectronics, and cyber solutions. These solutions are advanced by constant innovation in mission applications, algorithms, integration approaches, and materials.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret and ability to obtain a Top Secret SCI Clearance
  • Experience managing classified contracts
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10 or more years of directly related experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with international business
  • Proficiency in MS Office software with an emphasis on Excel
  • Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property law and policies
  • FAR/DFAR knowledge and experience, including FAR Part 12
  • Experience with agreements to support sales and engineering development teams
  • People management experience
