Job Responsibility:

  • Development and implementation of governance, supporting procedures, contract and procurement templates
  • Drafting and negotiating agreements
  • Administration of contracts from the point of award through to close-out as it relates to IT, construction and general services agreements
  • Administration and management of claims and disputes, including drafting settlement agreements

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of Supply Chain functions from cradle to grave
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Senior level presentation skills
  • Capable of working at all levels of the organization
  • Degree, diploma or certification in law, paralegal, contract management or similar program

  • Work with Sr. Asset specialist & Production Manager to communicate across various teams and departments to find synergies and efficiencies to maximize use of our asset libraries
  • Lead asset audit/housekeeping, platform organization and user group restriction with support from Sr. Asset Specialist & Production Manager
  • Play a key role in any changes to our marketing libraries in terms of asset migration, configuration, and terms and conditions
  • Work with project leads to ensure assets are distributed with correct metadata to the DAM in a timely manner once post-production is complete
  • Continuous education on digital asset management to be kept up to date on enhancements to site
