Job Responsibility

  • Lead project workstreams, manage day-to-day execution, and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Drive analyses and translate findings into client-ready insights, strategies, and presentations
  • Engage directly with clients, representing the firm's perspective, and navigating smaller negotiations with professionalism
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants to build team capability and support project success
  • Contribute to business development by supporting proposals, authoring case studies, and participating in client pursuits
  • Lead internal initiatives and serve on Thrivence or Barge committees to advance firm priorities
  • Balance delivery excellence with professional growth and composure under pressure

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead portions of projects and manage junior staff
  • Experience engaging directly with clients in a professional capacity
  • Bachelor's degree required
