Job Responsibility:
Conducting needs assessments by interviewing participants and stakeholders to identify development priorities and organizational priorities
Supporting client communication and coordination related to leadership program logistics, participant cohorts, and initiative milestones
Assist in designing and developing program curricula, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessment debrief reports, and executive-ready presentations
Building and managing leadership initiative project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Applies knowledge of adult learning theory, leadership competency frameworks, and assessment methodologies to design impactful development experiences
Performs other duties as requested
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
advanced degree preferred
5–8 years of consulting or related experience
Experience engaging directly with clients in a professional capacity
Familiarity with 360-degree feedback tools, psychometric assessments (e.g., DiSC, Hogan, EQ-i), and learning management systems (LMS)
Sound problem-solving, needs analysis, and program evaluation skills
Strong business acumen with an understanding of how leadership capability drives organizational performance
Passionate developer of people

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead portions of projects and manage junior staff
