Job Responsibility:

Ability to drive technical and non-technical discussions with the customer and stakeholders with minimal guidance
Should be able to work independently and assist other team members and learn about new aspects of the project
Proactively schedule meetings and conversations with the project leads and team members to discuss ongoing and forthcoming tasks and to discuss any obstacles or difficulties
Analyse the client's requirement and split them into several more manageable tasks with an estimation
Ensuring that deliverables are properly documented, and that the asset (Code/Documents) is stored for use in the future
Analyse the client's environment and provide ongoing recommendations to improve and implement the best practices
Work with the applications teams to develop and implement DevOps-related projects, and automate the infrastructure as needed
As part of some engagements, you can be expected to support and manage existing cloud infrastructures with an emphasis on continuously innovating through automation, improving stability/availability through monitoring, and strengthening the security posture
Mentor, train and guide the junior team members and aspire to become a technology expert
Participate in team's hiring and training processes, as necessary

Requirements:

Any Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP): Hands-on experience in provisioning, configuring, and automating Services in Cloud
Any Public Cloud Associate/Professional/Specialty certification
Scripting: Python & any one of PowerShell, JavaScript, Shell, Go, Groovy
CI/CD: Any one of: Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitLab CI, AWS/Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD
Infrastructure Automation (IaC): Any one of: Terraform, Cloud Native IAC Tools (CloudFormation, Bicep, etc.), Pulumi
Configuration Management: Any one of: Ansible, Chef, Puppet, SaltStack
Container Orchestration: Any one of: Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift, Docker Swarm
Any bachelor's or master's degree with 3-6 years of relevant Cloud and DevOps experience
