We are looking for an integrated Client Manager to join our Brand Experience team and Portland studio. We're ideally looking for someone with experience in branding, content marketing, and program development/activation. This role requires exceptional client-handling skills and a passion for design, digital solutions, events, comms, innovation, and marketing trends. Our Client Managers handle digital and integrated marketing projects from concept to completion. These projects are focused on delivering web-enabled experiences through screens or connected devices with a range from site development to launch, online tools, web applications and advertising campaigns. This role will need to have a deep understanding of the digital sector and marketing best practices. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how campaign tactics are applied across marketing channels.
Job Responsibility:
Pitch to clients
Become the key client contact and an integral part of wider agency projects
Give direction to your account and maintain a clear strategy

Ensure best-in-class account handling and relationship development
Build knowledge and ability across the business to broaden skillsets and widen involvement in key accounts
Advise and create innovative, data-driven campaigns, content and collateral to improve brand performance
Manage and deliver multiple projects for various accounts to agreed scope, timings, budget, and quality
Work with internal teams to help define project scope, resource requirements and cost estimates for projects
Assist in brief writing, project planning to achieve client technical and business requirements
Define and deliver appropriate solutions
Ensure that all proposals, documentation, estimates, briefs, scopes and presentations are of the highest possible standard
Be positive and a force for good in the team
Know when to delegate upwards and raise the alarm at the right time
Get involved in areas outside of your immediate team
Support our team's profitability efforts by managing efficient, accurate, and timely coordination of the assigned client and project activities
Ensures meeting of volume and revenue targets for each account
Understands and recommends solutions for business-related issues and situations and generate specific plans that achieve objectives
Manages and balances marketing budgets to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and drive incremental sales
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of employee(s) to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished
Mentors, coaches, trains and develops the team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
3+ years progressive project coordination experience
or equivalent combination of education and experience
Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required
High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Ability to work with and influence peers and management
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
