Job Description:

T-Mobile is seeking a Sr Channel Planning & Programs Manager to lead strategic operations and drive retail transformation efforts. The role includes planning and executing strategic activities for the Retail Strategy and Experience organization, ensuring alignment with retail priorities and business goals. Responsibilities involve developing structured roadmaps, managing governance frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to guide customers towards self-service activities while maintaining business objectives. This hybrid position is located in Bellevue, Washington.

Job Responsibility:

Drive retail strategic vision and cross-functional collaboration from ideation to deployment
Collaborate with the Retail Intelligence team to lead and develop structured roadmaps, management systems, and governance frameworks
Partner with senior management to define and prioritize retail strategic initiatives
Manage executive review cycles and Retail Transformation Steering planning with senior leadership
Gather and identify trends, retail insights, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of RS&E initiatives
Develop detailed execution plans
Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams
Monitor and evaluate the performance of programs

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Related field
7+ years of experience in instructional design, sales operations, and/or program management
3+ years Strategic Planning experience
Executive Communication
Project Management
Program Management
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have:

Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related
Change Management
Telecom experience
Knowledge of T-Mobile Tools & System
