Job Description

This role is essential for aligning sales compensation with business strategy to drive desired sales behaviors and outcomes. This role manages the design and implementation of compensation plans, sales performance incentives, and channel sales programs. It differentiates by integrating cross-functional collaboration with leadership, operations, finance, and human resources to ensure cohesive execution. Job Responsibility

  • Develop analytics-driven sales compensation recommendations to support business initiatives and align sales behaviors with strategy
  • Partner with functional groups to identify field challenges and develop national solutions and tactics
  • Translate business strategy into actionable tactics and provide clear explanations to field employees
  • Create training materials and communication tools to support change management and prepare field teams for program launches

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy, and/or program management. Tech industry preferred. (Preferred)
  • Retail/wireless sales/service experience a plus (Preferred)
  • Data Analysis Proven ability to analyze data from existing systems and multiple sources, consolidate results, create a comprehensive picture, and make/present informed recommendations (Required)
