Job Description:

Apex systems is hiring a hands‑on, end‑to‑end Change Manager / Delivery Lead for one of our large banking clients. This individual will support the ABL (Asset‑Based Lending) portfolio and drive implementation of a new 3rd party collateral management system. This role blends project, program, product, and change management, operating in a hybrid agile + regulatory waterfall environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead business readiness, change adoption, training planning, and stakeholder alignment
  • Partner closely with product, technology, and operations teams across L1–L3 levels
  • Drive delivery across roadmaps, epics, features, and stories
  • track progress against project plans
  • Join tactical implementation calls with tech partners
  • ensure timelines and dependencies stay on track
  • Translate complex concepts into simple, actionable plans for business and tech audiences
  • Build and execute business readiness plans, communication plans (not writing comms, but shaping content + ensuring delivery)
  • Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Roll up sleeves to understand requirements, connect dots, and operate independently

Requirements:

  • Strong agile experience working with technology teams
  • Ability to influence, consult, and operate with executive presence
  • Proven capability to work autonomously and proactively engage partners (cold‑calling when needed)
  • Strategic thinker with strong task management, communication, and PowerPoint skills
  • Comfortable flexing across organizational levels and navigating hybrid product/project environments

Nice to have:

  • Consulting background (big plus)
  • ABL, collateral management, CRE, receivables, or related experience
  • Wells Fargo commercial banking or change management exposure (not required)
