Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sr. Call Center Representative to join our team in Hawthorne, California. In this role, you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and driving sales through high-quality, consultative service. In addition to identifying and addressing customer needs, you will match customers with beneficial products and services, actively promote solutions, and deliver clear value in every interaction. This is a dynamic position that blends customer support with sales responsibilities to help maximize customer satisfaction and business growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and product guidance via phone, email, and other channels
  • Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services to drive sales
  • Handle financial transactions, update customer records, open new accounts, and process loan applications according to established policies
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and effective issue resolution
  • Conduct outbound sales and service calls to current and prospective customers, supporting business development initiatives and meeting sales targets
  • Provide frontline coverage in both the call center and, as required, at branch locations to support customer acquisition and retention
  • Maintain compliance with all BSA and OFAC regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Continuously develop understanding of available product and service offerings to educate customers and enhance sales effectiveness

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a call center, financial services, or retail banking environment with demonstrated sales experience
  • Strong ability to deliver outstanding customer service while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Comfort with technology, CRM systems, and digital banking tools
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
  • Knowledge of BSA and OFAC compliance is preferred
