Sr. Business Systems Analyst

• Collaborate with business leaders and end users to clarify objectives, define priorities, capture detailed needs, and translate them into clear requirements and user stories
• Act as a strategic advisor by identifying opportunities to apply new technologies and digital solutions that improve business outcomes and support innovation goals
• Create and refine solution concepts, prototypes, and process improvements alongside stakeholders to validate functionality and enhance the overall user experience
• Direct projects involving infrastructure, software, and business applications through planning, execution, testing, deployment, and completion while maintaining control of scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Build and manage project plans by coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking dependencies, addressing risks and issues, and overseeing change requests throughout delivery
• Provide consistent updates to stakeholders and leadership by communicating milestones, progress, key decisions, deliverables, and overall project status
• Support Agile delivery practices by leading ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and release coordination
• Work closely with business users and technical teams to implement, test, deploy, support, and troubleshoot applications, including release activities, defect resolution, and production support
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for projects and systems, including workflows, standards, procedures, test materials, user guides, and training resources
• Guide adoption of new tools and processes by helping users adjust to changes, strengthening utilization, and supporting multiple simultaneous initiatives with competing priorities

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, IT project management, or a similar consulting or delivery-focused role
• Demonstrated experience leading initiatives across the full SDLC, from requirements gathering through implementation and support
• Strong working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and experience facilitating Agile team activities
• Proficiency with project and workflow management tools such as Atlassian Jira
• Solid ability to manage stakeholder relationships, executive communications, timelines, risks, and cross-functional coordination
• Experience producing business requirements, user stories, process documentation, test plans, and training materials
• PMP certification is preferred or valued for this position
