Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic leadership: Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success
  • Leadership: May manage and develop multiple analysts
  • Coaching and mentoring associates
  • Product: Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies
  • lead product level data modeling/analytics
  • Marketing: Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts
  • Build targeted insights to inform new customer experiences and technology
  • Credit Risk: Drive improvements in credit performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
  • At least 5 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
  • At least 3 years of experience performing people management
  • At least 3 years of experience performing project management

Nice to have:

  • Master’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in people management
  • 3+ years of experience in product development
  • 3+ years of experience in financial modeling
  • 3+ years of experience in economic forecasting
  • Previous consulting experience
