Anaconda is seeking a talented Senior Business Development Representative to join our rapidly growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and prioritize inbound leads to ensure timely and effective follow-up
  • Work with the sales team to develop and lead targeted outbound campaigns from idea generation through to qualified calls
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
  • Proactively organize and maintain the sales pipeline, keeping detailed records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the conversion rate of meetings to opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Business Development
  • Highly competitive, achievement-oriented, motivated, and driven to exceed goals
  • High energy, enthusiasm, positive attitude, and a tenacity to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone and written communication, as well as active listening
  • Values selling experience
  • Experience prospecting into multi-threaded Enterprise-level accounts
  • Experience utilizing Sales Enablement tools (ie. Salesforce, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)
