Sr Business Analyst

• Document Business Requirements & Create Process Maps: Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements, and create process maps using tools like MS Visio and PowerPoint. Facilitate review sessions with business owners and end-user representatives
• Lead Small to Medium-Sized Initiatives: Work closely with business teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects, actively participating in implementation planning, issue management, and change management
• Test & Validate: Create and execute test cases and user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts. Manage and coordinate UAT with end-users to secure their signoff
• Provide Training & Support: Prepare and deliver training documentation for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Research and identify industry trends to recommend and implement effective business solutions that align with organizational goals

• A college diploma or bachelor's degree is required
• Minimum of 6+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience preparing as-is and to-be process documentation, including performing detailed gap analysis
• Demonstrated success in implementing technical projects, including data integration
• Must be a self-starter with a keen interest in exploring and enabling new technologies, including AI/ML, Generative AI, and Cloud
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage small to medium-sized initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communications to different audiences

Experience in the utilities industry is considered an asset
