Job Responsibility:

  • Understand business needs, goals and challenges to define the problem statement and focus resources on the right problems
  • Engage deeply with the targeted business functions to understand the why behind the work and help drive meaningful outcomes and lean processes
  • Research and document the business processes and identify areas of waste and inefficiency
  • Investigate system capabilities and industry best practices to propose system solutions
  • Collaborate with Information Technology Leaders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of goals and priorities
  • Proactively identify and remove impediments that block progress or impact velocity. Communicate and escalate issues that need management support
  • Communicate project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary
  • Understand business challenges to proposed changes and ensure shared ownership of the to-be state
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies across teams and leadership
  • Use quality and delivery metrics along with team feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project participants
  • Drive multiple concurrent work efforts, ensuring transparency, alignment, and accountability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Finance or Supply Chain experience preferred
  • 5+ years of project leadership experience, including planning and execution of impactful change
  • Demonstrated time management, work prioritization, and ability to shift priorities to meet deadlines and milestones
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and understand corporate strategy
  • 5+ year of Finance and/or Supply Chain experience
  • 6 Sigma and Lean
  • Infor LN or other Enterprise ERP experience (Must have)
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI
  • Demonstrated significant skills in communicating vision, strategy and data to audiences at varying organizational levels and business experience
