Job Description:

Join T-Mobile’s Media Analytics team and help lead the transformation of marketing measurement through data-driven insights. As a Sr Business Analysis Manager – Media Analytics & Attribution, you’ll play a key role in evaluating paid media performance, optimizing investment strategies, and guiding business decisions with clear, actionable analytics. In this role, you will develop and manage analytical solutions that quantify marketing efficiency, improve attribution accuracy, and uncover growth opportunities. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Finance, and Data Science—to shape the media strategy and ensure that T-Mobile’s paid media campaigns deliver maximum return on investment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead sophisticated analytical initiatives to evaluate and optimize media performance across channels
  • Act as a trusted analytics advisor to key business partners
  • Build and run robust reporting frameworks and interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Integrate data from AdTech platforms, internal systems, and third-party sources
  • Develop forecasting and performance evaluation tools
  • Partner with collaborators to define success metrics, build dashboards and reporting environments
  • Define and maintain standardized taxonomies, KPIs, and benchmarks
  • Deliver compelling, executive-ready presentations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems)
  • Master’s preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, marketing/media measurement, or business intelligence
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with a strong background in data automation and modeling
  • Expertise in data visualization and dashboarding (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proven ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable business insights
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills with experience influencing senior collaborators
  • Demonstrated success running multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams
  • Passion for media analytics, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making
