Job Description:

This role supports the expansion of the customer base by engaging potential customers through direct community interactions and sales presentations. It involves achieving sales targets by presenting broadband service offers and facilitating customer transitions to these services. The role includes supporting team performance through side-by-side selling, coaching, and sales skill development with internal and external specialists. Success is measured by meeting sales targets, enhancing team capabilities, and contributing to overall market penetration. The work impacts the organization by driving direct-to-consumer sales growth and improving customer experiences in broadband services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Achieve sales targets by engaging potential customers through door-to-door and community interactions presenting broadband service offers
  • Support team performance by conducting side-by-side selling, coaching, and facilitating sales skill development with broadband specialists
  • Lead weekly sales meetings and assist with administrative sales leadership functions such as key performance indicator reporting
  • Partner with local leadership from other departments to drive overall market penetration and sales growth
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Less than 2 years - Engaging with customers in a direct sales or retail environment, particularly in telecommunications or consumer electronics
  • Less than 2 years - Presenting and explaining complex product offerings effectively to potential customers
  • Less than 2 years - Working in a target-driven sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Sales Proficiency in direct consumer sales, with a focus on door-to-door sales tactics
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and effective written communication skills
  • Customer Engagement Strong ability to connect with customers
  • Negotiation Advanced negotiation capabilities
