The Sr. Marketing Specialist is an individual contributor on the Commercial PC Segment Marketing team, focused on the operational execution of high-visibility B2B marketing programs. This role supports segment priorities through strong project management, content coordination, and cross-functional alignment across Segment Marketing, Marketing COEs, regional marketing and sales teams. The position is responsible for ensuring programs are executed on time, aligned to messaging frameworks, and consistently delivered across paid and owned channels. This role requires a detail-oriented operator who can manage multiple workstreams with limited oversight while supporting senior-level initiatives.
Job Responsibility
Support execution of executive- and segment-level thought leadership programs aligned to Commercial PC priorities and messaging frameworks
Contribute to development of B2B content, including briefs, positioning inputs, summaries, and internal and external-facing materials
Ensure thought leadership and analyst-backed content is properly packaged, approved, and delivered for use across demand programs and sales enablement
Ensure timely execution of all deliverables
Serve as the primary point of contact for Commercial PC customer story programs, coordinating between COEs and client stakeholders
Support scoping, development, and execution of customer stories and testimonials
Ensure content is aligned to messaging frameworks and delivered on time for campaign and sales use
Coordinate amplification of customer stories across paid and owned channels in partnership with campaign teams
Support internal evangelization of customer stories to drive adoption across content, campaigns, and executive communications
Track and report on program status, deliverables, and amplification performance
Manage project timelines, dependencies, reviews, and approvals across multiple concurrent initiatives
Support budget tracking and PO submissions across the organization
Identify and escalate risks, gaps, and dependencies as needed to maintain delivery timelines
Requirements
Experience in B2B marketing, whether agency-side or technology or enterprise environment
Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross‑functional stakeholder alignment
Experience supporting senior‑level content, communications, or executive‑facing programs
Familiarity with client VOC programs, customer research, or insights‑led marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
