Strong command of pricing techniques, product analysis, and technical competitor benchmarking
Solid understanding of underwriting in relevant lines of business
Proven ability to interpret complex data
Demonstrated success leading a pricing function in French P&C insurance, ideally within direct insurance (5–7 years)
Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5+ colleagues (3–5 years)

Contribute to the overall business development of the French branch
