Job Responsibility

  • Document current content automation implementation end-to-end
  • Map Seismic livedocs, liveforms, document generator express usage
  • Understand current folder structure, metadata schema, and content profiles
  • Document integration points as they relate to content automation
  • Map upstream/downstream content and data workflows
  • Document current pain points, redundancies, and operational risks
  • Identify automation opportunities with Seismic tools
  • Propose future-state content models and metadata improvements
  • Recommend scalable workflows for content lifecycle management
  • Design permission and tagging policy improvements
  • Provide requirements for future content automation (e.g., web hooks, scripts, or in house api based solutions)
  • Partner with Reporting Analyst to measure content usage → inform automation priorities
