Job Description

As Sr Associate Warehouse, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations while ensuring inventory accuracy and operational continuity. You will act as a key point of contact for operational support, coordinate warehouse control activities, and drive continuous improvements across Warehouse Operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Site Warehouse Operations by providing first- and second-line operational support and resolving day-to-day system and process challenges
  • Take a hands-on approach within Site Warehouse Operations by actively supporting core business activities and primary shop floor processes when needed
  • Monitor and optimize warehouse storage capacity and inventory accuracy
  • Maintain warehouse master data and support ERP/WMS-related processes
  • Coordinate replenishment flows with external warehouses
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Warehouse Operations
  • Support deviations, CAPAs, change controls, SOP updates, and audit activities
  • Represent Warehouse Operations in cross-functional projects and operational coordination activities
  • Work fully on-site (5 days per week) to ensure seamless execution of daily warehouse operations and enable close cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent through relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations
  • Experience with inventory management and location control processes
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced MS Excel capabilities
  • Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems
  • Proficient in Dutch & English, both oral and written
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in a highly regulated environment such as pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industry
  • Knowledge of GMP and compliance-related warehouse processes
  • Experience working with external warehouses and logistics service providers
  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience driving operational enhancements
