Job Description:

We are inviting applications for the role of Sr Associate Trade Operations based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The selected candidate will be primarily involved in operations related to Fixed Income Securities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in an environment that requires collaboration as well as individual contribution and demands management of multiple priorities.

Job Responsibility:

Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including executing brokers, prime brokers, treasury, accounting, and trading
Oversee and conduct the setup of securities and data maintenance, along with reconciliation of lifecycle events
Confirm trades to support the trading desk
Monitor and review pre-matching and fails of all trades on a daily basis within the respective settlement markets
Provide assistance to other departments in daily tasks such as margin analysis, executing margin calls, and settling monthly interest accruals on collateral balances as required
Respond promptly to ad hoc requests related to securities operations and treasury
Demonstrate the ability to investigate and solve ad-hoc issues

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trade Operations or similar roles
Proficiency in using Bloomberg Terminal is mandatory
Demonstrated experience in Cash Activity management
Advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel
Extensive knowledge and experience in Fixed Income Trading
Solid understanding of CounterParty relationships
Experience working with Trading Desks
Proven track record in Trade Reconciliation
