Job Description:

Morning Brew is seeking an energetic, proactive, and highly organized Sr Associate to join our Talent Acquisition and People Ops team. The role is designed to support the VP of Talent Acquisition and ensure a smooth, equitable, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency and consistency of recruiting operations, while also contributing to Morning Brew’s strong employer brand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for contract roles, and assist on recruiting for fulltime positions
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting and management for our internship program
  • Manage a high volume of interview scheduling and oversee logistics to ensure timely, consistent momentum for both candidates and hiring teams
  • Utilize various diversity job platforms to post job descriptions and source candidates
  • Ensure in-person interview days are seamless — greeting candidates, prepping rooms, and supporting logistics onsite
  • Assist with planning and logistics for recruiting and DEI events to strengthen Morning Brew Incs employer brand
  • Collaborate with People Ops on delivering L&D programs and advancing DEI initiatives
  • Assist with weekly recruiting metrics, reports, and dashboards to help the VP of TA identify bottlenecks and optimize hiring processes

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion
  • Deep appreciation for people, culture, and values
  • Ability to work four days per week in our New York City office
