About the role We are looking for a Mobile Product Manager to join the Zelle team and will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience of Zelle for millions of users. Zelle is a fast-growing money movement method that processed over 4.2 billion transactions in 2025, totalling more than $1.2 trillion in payments. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a customer-first mindset, collaborate broadly with multiple stakeholders and partners, and build and own a data-driven roadmap that balances customer delight with the rigorous demands of a secure, real-time payment network. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator that thrives in a fast paced environment, can juggle multiple initiatives at different phases, and embraces the idea of ownership and accountability.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead a Mobile engineering team to design and deliver product features for our customers
  • Build a roadmap, own the backlog and prioritize high-leverage features and experiences grounded in our objectives and measured against our key outcomes and goals
  • Build and maintain partnerships with leaders and stakeholders across the Bank
  • Define, socialize and monitor key performance indicators to understand the impact and success of your features
  • Apply strategic thinking to delivering product features that are well managed, including collaborating effectively with risk, compliance, legal, and privacy partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working in Product Management

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience working in Product Management
  • Experience driving iterative testing, data-driven validation and focus on optimizing the end-to-end customer journey based on data
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
  • Experience working in financial services
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • Experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
