About the role We are looking for a Mobile Product Manager to join the Zelle team and will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience of Zelle for millions of users. Zelle is a fast-growing money movement method that processed over 4.2 billion transactions in 2025, totalling more than $1.2 trillion in payments. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a customer-first mindset, collaborate broadly with multiple stakeholders and partners, and build and own a data-driven roadmap that balances customer delight with the rigorous demands of a secure, real-time payment network. Job Responsibility
Lead a Mobile engineering team to design and deliver product features for our customers
Build a roadmap, own the backlog and prioritize high-leverage features and experiences grounded in our objectives and measured against our key outcomes and goals
Build and maintain partnerships with leaders and stakeholders across the Bank
Define, socialize and monitor key performance indicators to understand the impact and success of your features
Apply strategic thinking to delivering product features that are well managed, including collaborating effectively with risk, compliance, legal, and privacy partners
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 1 year of experience working in Product Management
Nice to have
2+ years of experience working in Product Management
Experience driving iterative testing, data-driven validation and focus on optimizing the end-to-end customer journey based on data
Experience working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
Experience working in financial services
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
Experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
