As an IS Bus Sys Analyst, you will act as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Veeva Vault Portfolio is assessed and optimized to meet business requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze the Enterprise Veeva Portfolio at Amgen, create assessment metrics on feature adoption across the respective product teams, coordinate & facilitate effective communication with all the cross-functional stakeholders and hold training & change management workshops.
Job Responsibility:
Be accountable for standard feature adoption tracking across the Veeva Vault Product Teams
Work with the analytics team to build interactive dashboards and infographics to highlight realized business value
Perform accurate cost-benefit analysis
Conduct ‘Feature Adoption Huddles’ with the functional Product Teams and hold ‘Release Webinars’
Run demand intake boards, perform change impact assessments and conduct change impact workshops
Prepare communication templates for the Enterprise Veeva stakeholders
Craft user-friendly content such as newsletters, FAQs, announcements, and release notes
Act as a liaison between system support and business units
Stay up to date on Veeva Vault features, new releases and best practices
Conduct periodic audits of the various adoption metrics
Set up and facilitate ‘train the trainer’ and ‘end user’ training sessions
Design, develop, and deliver training materials for Veeva Vault products
Maintain and update training curriculum
Closely coordinate with the analytics team to prepare recurring reports and dashboards
Requirements:
Master’s degree and 3-5 years of Computer Science, IT, Communications, Lifesciences, or related field experience
Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of Computer Science, IT, Communications, Lifesciences, or related field experience
Solid experience in client engagement, training and communications, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Hands-on Experience with Veeva Vault Platform and Products, Veeva Reports and Veeva configuration settings & custom builds
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly training and documentation
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to leadership
Willing and able to work during evening or night shifts, as required based on business requirements
Nice to have:
Experience with SaaS solutions, process automation or workflow management tools
Experience supporting system rollouts or change-management in regulated environments
Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful dashboards, executive reports, and infographics
Good understanding of managing systems and implementing projects in regulated GxP environments
