Job Description

This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining the organization's global network infrastructure. The position ensures high availability, performance, and security by configuring and troubleshooting network equipment, executing operational procedures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to established best practices in a sophisticated and constantly evolving technology landscape.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure systems
  • Configure and administer Cisco routing and switching equipment
  • Manage F5 load balancers to ensure application availability and performance
  • Administer Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP address management systems
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement appropriate solutions
  • Perform regular network maintenance and planned upgrades
  • Monitor network performance and conduct capacity planning
  • Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures
  • Implement network security measures and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

  • Master's degree with 2+ years of experience in Network Operations
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in Network Operations
  • Diploma with 5+ years of experience in Network Operations
  • Previous, or current, CCNP certification
  • Proven experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies
  • Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining F5 load balancers
  • Proficiency with Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions
  • Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, etc.)
  • Experience with network security concepts and implementation

Nice to have

  • CCIE certification
  • Experience with SD-WAN solutions
  • Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with network monitoring tools
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices
  • Experience with DevOps, S/W development and scripting
