Job for Sr. Associate-GL in Hyderabad, Telangana. Key responsibilities include financial and general ledger management, process and operations, process transition and knowledge management, governance and compliance, process improvement and automation, and learning and development.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience
  • Maintain accurate reconciliations of vendor and customer accounts
  • Manage GL entries, journals, and financial records with accuracy
  • Ensure correct posting of fixed asset and lease accounting transactions
  • Perform month-end/year-end close activities
  • Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and trial balance statements
  • Conduct variance analysis and financial assessments
  • Ensure compliance with taxation and internal accounting policies
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and internal control frameworks
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation within RTR
  • Support audits through documentation, reconciliations, and compliance reports
  • Participate in daily huddles, governance calls, and operational discussions
  • Maintain audit readiness with proper financial documentation
  • Update SOPs, workflow charts, and process manuals
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and external auditors
