Job Responsibility
Serves as the GCO OPEX Budget Coordinator, with responsibilities for monthly and quarterly OPEX reporting, variance analysis, accrual preparation and review, invoice processing, Purchase Order setup, along with ad-hoc analysis
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for Obesity leadership as well as other Therapeutic areas in GCO
Support the OPEX lead, brand finance lead with financial planning and OPEX support for key budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
Provide clear, data-driven insights into performance drivers, cost trends, and business risks/opportunities
Contribute to standardization and automation initiatives to improve process efficiency
Master Data Maintenance including managing and updating financial master data across all systems to ensure accuracy and integrity, cost center creation, modification, and deactivation, aligning them with the organizational structure. creation of WBS for project tracking and financial reporting
Requirements
Master’s degree and 4 to 6 years of accounting and/or finance
Bachelor’s degree and 8 to 10 years accounting and/or finance
Nice to have
Big 4 and Fortune 500 FP&A experience
Capable of building models and financial reports
Solid technical finance knowledge and skills (accounting, planning, modelling, etc.)
Solid overall knowledge of financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, Excel)
Proven business partnering skills
Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and team environment
