The Connectivity Account Manager role will own a portfolio of hotel connectivity partners, serving as the primary point of contact for both their technical health and commercial strategy. The majority of your focus is on operational tasks, including troubleshooting critical integration issues, monitoring supplier technical performance metrics like latency and uptime, and building/maintaining dashboards and alerts. The remaining time is dedicated to strategic account management, where you will analyze opportunities for content quality improvements and own the connectivity feature roadmap by translating partner pain points into clear product requirements.
Job Responsibility
Support the end-to-end onboarding, certification, and rollout of new connectivity partners and features
Monitor supplier technical performance proactively, including availability, latency, uptime, and booking/cancellation success
Troubleshoot, resolve, and report integration issues, acting as the primary escalation point for partner integration issues
Build and maintain dashboards and alerts to detect issues early and reduce time to resolution
Own a portfolio of hotel connectivity partners, serving as their primary point of contact for both technical health and commercial strategy
Identify opportunities within your portfolio, driving content quality improvements
Own and maintain a connectivity feature roadmap, translating partner pain points into clear product requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 4 years of experience in technical account management, partner success, or sales engineering in the travel tech, Online Travel Agencies, or hospitality industry
At least 1 year of experience in hotel distribution, revenue management, or eCommerce within the hotel or travel industry
At least 1 year of experience with Synxis, Dhisco, DerbySoft, or Online Travel Agencies
Nice to have
5+ years of experience in technical account management, partner success, or sales engineering in the travel tech, Online Travel Agencies, or hospitality industry
1+ year of experience supporting multi-property or portfolio environments
1+ year of experience onboarding new hotel partners or managing connectivity integrations
