Job Responsibility:

  • Support preparation and quality checks for recurring media performance reports and dashboards
  • Work with senior analysts and managers to collect, validate, and visualize campaign performance data across HCP and consumer marketing
  • Assist in summarizing monthly marketing KPIs and highlighting key changes
  • Collaborate with other analytics teams to prepare supporting materials for internal business reviews
  • Maintain documentation for media data sources and reporting processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing or analytics support roles
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • exposure to Tableau or other BI tools
  • Strong attention to detail and interest in digital marketing and analytics
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to HCP or consumer media reporting and campaign measurement
  • Familiarity with media KPIs such as impressions, clicks, reach, or engagement
  • Experience working with structured data and visualization tools
  • Interest in healthcare marketing or regulated industries
