As a Sr. Associate in HR Operations GBS, you will handle transactional tickets on Workday, ensuring SLA commitments are met while supporting employees through chats, calls, and queries across Tier 1/2. You will manage queue operations, resolve HR inquiries, and collaborate with HRBPs and onshore partners. Provide customer support through chats, phone, email, or tickets on HR topics including Pre-Payroll, Staffing, Employee Data Management, Benefits, and Workday processes
