Job Description:

Aquent Studios is seeking a Sr. Art Director for our leading Tech client. This person will bridge the gap between strategic leadership and hands-on execution. This role is responsible for bringing the brand to life through exceptional physical and digital event experiences. You are a conceptual powerhouse who can sketch a vision on the fly and lead the design of everything from large-scale stage environments to digital demand-gen assets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Translate event objectives into innovative visual narratives
  • Develop sketches and storyboards that align with brand identity and overarching event themes
  • Design a cohesive ecosystem of assets, including environmental signage, stage design, digital displays, and promotional media across both CMYK and RGB formats
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, Event Strategists, and Copywriters to ensure a seamless “look and feel” across every attendee touchpoint
  • Partner with vendors, printers, and production houses to ensure high-fidelity output delivered on time and within budget
  • Stay at the forefront of design trends, integrating AI tools, motion design, and interactive technology into the event experience

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in art direction and design (Agency or In-house)
  • 3+ years managing creative teams
  • Proven experience in B2B/Tech event design is highly preferred
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling, Motion Design, and AI-driven creative tools is a significant plus
  • A world-class portfolio showcasing expertise across print, digital, mobile, video, and physical environmental design
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • able to articulate design rationale to executive stakeholders and pivot based on feedback

Nice to have:

Familiarity with 3D modeling, Motion Design, and AI-driven creative tools
