Job Description

We are seeking a highly conceptual Designer/Art Director to lead the creative direction for an emotional, story-driven advertising campaign. This role focuses on transforming an existing brand strategy into a bold, iconic visual narrative across digital, social, and connected TV channels. The emphasis is not on product explanation, but on crafting a strong emotional connection and memorable brand experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop a cohesive campaign identity rooted in emotional storytelling and brand narrative
  • Create a comprehensive brand book including typography, color systems, and visual guidelines
  • Design multi-channel campaign assets for social media, digital, and connected TV
  • Build storyboards and visual concepts for video and motion-based campaigns
  • Translate early concepts and sketches into polished, high-impact creative executions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and production partners to support asset development
  • Maintain consistency across all campaign touchpoints and ongoing evergreen updates

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating bold typography and expressive visual design
  • Ability to create emotionally driven, narrative-based creative work
  • Experience with branding systems and campaign development
