Job Description:

The Sr. Architect plays a crucial role in driving business growth by managing proposal development, optimizing bid processes and leveraging technology for efficiency. This role is responsible for selecting, integrating, architecting and maintaining software tools that support bid and proposal automation. Additionally, oversees vendor relationships ensuring cost-effective, high-quality, services and tools that enhance bid success rates.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in bid management, proposal automation or procurement technology
  • Advanced proficiency in MSOffice Suite, proposal automation tools and content management systems, and design tools
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline is preferred, but a combination of education and experience is just as valuable
  • Strong understanding of RFx processes, and proficiency in bid management software and automation tools (e.g., Loopio, Qvidian, Responsive) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) platforms
  • Experience with API integrations and workflow automation using tools like Power Automate
  • Familiarity with AI-driven proposal writing tools and workflow automation solutions
