Senior Analysts, Business Intelligence located in Snoqualmie, WA will guide the business through the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.

Job Responsibility

  • Participate in the design and development of reporting structures and interfaces, as well as administration of standardized reports to be utilized across the team
  • Support the analytic needs of the business by using data from various sources (e.g. call centers, SAP, & Business Objects)
  • Guide data strategy across multiple touch points (e.g. POS tool, surveys, market research)
  • Create holistic dashboards from different data sources for presentations to senior management
  • Own the process of driving core insights from available data and create strategies to improve the customer experience and performance by collaborating with product managers for A/B testing & multivariate testing
  • Involve in enterprise projects to define reporting needs and incorporate those needs into the system design
  • Provide analysis for sales representative, supervisor, call center, partner, and financial performance
  • Present analysis and strategies to senior management in verbal & written forms
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform offers & processes
  • Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Computer Science, Statistics, Computer Applications, Mathematics, or related, or its foreign equivalent, and 3 years of relevant work experience
  • OR Bachelor’s degree Applied Computer Science, Statistics, Computer Applications, Mathematics, or related, or its foreign equivalent, and 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Utilizing Business Intelligence Tools, including Power BI, SAP Business Objects, Siebel Analytics (OBIEE), Tableau, Azure Cloud Services & Data Virtualization – Denodo to design, build and deploy simple thru complex analytical Dashboards & Reports that will be used by enterprise level users and groups as a tool to study, analyze and strategize continuous improvement and achieve organizational objectives/goals/targets
  • Using BO Data Services, Teradata, Oracle, Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server scripting & MySQL tools to extract, clean and store data from single and multiple databases/sources and to build custom solutions via scripting to meet the Reporting and visualization requirements
  • Designing and developing Business Intelligence Solutions, Data Modelling, Semantic Layer Design by integrating different tables/data structures to meet the analytical reporting requirements, Data warehousing Architecture, Azure Cloud User groups administration & User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the new reporting product/solutions/deployments meets the user/business requirements & expectations
  • Utilizing the following tools: Universe Designers, InfoView, Xcelsius and Quaas
  • Analyzing data using SQL tools, such as TOAD, SQL Navigator and/or SQL Assistant
  • Utilizing various project management methodologies including Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)/Waterfall model, Agile and D2P to execute projects across all phases, from ideation to completion, by implementing and ensuring compliance with established organizational objectives and consistently hitting all milestones and deliverables
