Job Responsibility:
Analyze talent technology workflows and identify opportunities to improve system performance, data accuracy, and user experience
Partner with recruiting, HR, and technical teams to gather requirements and convert business needs into well-defined solution designs
Create process maps, functional specifications, and reporting insights to guide technology updates and business decisions
Use database knowledge to validate data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing system maintenance activities
Develop and enhance automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline manual tasks and improve efficiency
Coordinate testing efforts for system changes, ensuring new functionality meets business requirements before deployment
Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations to strengthen hiring processes through better technology utilization
Hands-on ability to work with databases for data review, issue investigation, and reporting support
Experience creating process designs, functional documentation, and business requirement materials
Proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation and process improvement initiatives
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical stakeholder groups
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a long-term contract environment with evolving business needs
