Job Responsibility:
Act as a liaison with new hire training classes in Hartford, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
Implement and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to drive project progress and mitigate risks
Complete project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful outcomes
Conduct routine collaboration with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
Identify opportunities to further develop Claim Handling Intelligence Platform (CHIP) capabilities based on facilitating focus groups with trainees
Examine project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and communicating updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
Understanding of project management principles and discipline
Solid communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Bachelor's or equivalent experience required, 2-5 years experience, anticipated completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree program by start date (June 2026)
Have a major in one of the following fields: business, management, healthcare management, finance/accounting, economics, public health, health sciences, leadership studies, marketing, human resources, communications, psychology, or sociology
Nice to have:
Solid command of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of Microsoft Project a plus
QuickBase knowledge a plus
Knowledge of AI concepts a plus
