We are currently seeking a Data Privacy Specialist to join our Data Privacy Team, which is committed to upholding the highest standards of privacy and driving continuous process improvement. Job Responsibility:

  • Operational understanding of Privacy Laws such as GDPR, CCPA and other relevant privacy regulations
  • Conduct tool based privacy assessments and DPIAs (Data Protection Impact Assessments)
  • Maintain and update Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)
  • Support Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes by assessing privacy risks associated with vendors and service providers, ensuring appropriate data protection measures are in place
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement privacy best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Privacy operations
  • Strong understanding of Privacy Law and regulations, including GDPR, DPDPA, and CCPA
  • Hands on expereince in using privacy tools such as OneTrust, Archer
  • Experience in regulatory report drafting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in conducting privacy and TPRM assessments and developing mitigation strategies
  • P.G, LLB, any privacy-related certification (CIPP/E preferred)
