Sr Analyst, Population Health

• Business Analytics: Work closely with our business analysts to derive key insights on Oak Street’s quality performance
• identify opportunities to drive results and ensure Oak Street is pacing well towards end-of-year performance targets
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Product, Data, and other Population Health leaders, to drive Oak Street’s overall quality improvement efforts
• Change Management: Anticipate change within the Stars program, and its impact on our care teams, patients, and key stakeholders
• develop appropriate strategies to minimize disruption
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey updates to field leaders, care teams, and leadership, including status reports, dashboards, and presentations to all stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned

• 2+ years of consulting, business analytics, and/or other applicable experience in healthcare
• Analytical and data savvy
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, experience working with large datasets
• Experience/proficiency in SQL is a plus
• Ability to succinctly summarize and synthesize large amounts of information
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong relationship-building skills to foster collaboration with key stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills that support effective stakeholder engagement
• Someone who is a self-starter
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Bachelor degree required
