To support the team lead to maintain the scope, responsibilities and materiality of Market Operations coverage in Korea. To perform settlement process for all cross product including FX, Derivatives, Fixed Income and Custody FX. To ensure the completeness of all transactions under the proper controls. To co-ordinate with members in offshore service center to ensure daily operations is effectively performed. To handle the queries from internal and external clients. To provide best class customer service to internal and external customers.
