Job Description

As Senior HR Analyst you play a meaningful role in delivering data-driven HR insights that support strategic decision-making across the Mexico organization. This role partners closely with HR leaders and business team members to analyze workforce data, optimize HR processes, and improve employee experience. The Sr HR Analyst demonstrates strong analytical expertise to translate complex data into actionable recommendations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with Baxter’s mission to save and sustain lives.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the area in the implementation of Human Resources plans and programs, such as Talent Review and Planning, Annual Compensation Review, performance management, and overall global and cluster HR strategy
  • Serve as a point of contact for handling employee-related data and information, including report generation and data analysis
  • Work independently to effectively resolve all HR-related matters
  • Recommend, develop, and improve HR systems, policies, and processes
  • Appropriately bring up any situations or issues related to HR matters
  • Responsible for managing cultural and engagement activities across all locations
  • Ensure job descriptions are kept up to date and follow up on company training plans in coordination with the Quality department
  • Responsible for analyzing key HR performance indicators

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in organizational psychology, human resources or similar
  • 3 years of experience in Human Resources operations and strategy
  • Lead and organize cultural activities to promote brand engagement within the team
  • Participate in compensation reviews, work environment and labor relations activities
  • Experience in global companies working with international teams
