Your Role in the Transformation As a Sr. Analyst in HR Operations GBS, you will be the first line of support for employees, ensuring their HR needs are met with accuracy, empathy, and speed. You’ll manage Workday transactions, resolve queries across multiple channels, and contribute to process improvements that make HR simpler and more empowering. This role places you at the heart of the employee experience, where every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and deliver excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide customer support through chats, phone, email, and tickets on HR topics including Pre‑Payroll, Staffing, Employee Data Management, Benefits, and Workday processes
  • Manage end‑to‑end HR operations: onboarding, employee records, confirmations, internal movements, exits, and offboarding
  • Create, update, and maintain HR documentation such as letters, contracts, amendments, and employment records
  • Ensure Workday data integrity, support audits, and deliver accurate reporting
  • Contribute to system enhancements, UAT, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain Knowledge Articles, SOPs, and employee handbooks
  • Share process improvement ideas and assist in decision‑making within the team
  • Uphold quality standards and consistently meet or exceed operational indicators

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Hands‑on Workday experience (transactions, business processes, reporting) is mandatory
  • Strong process and system orientation with proven compliance and audit management
  • Effective presentation skills and ability to adapt in a changing environment
  • Initiative‑driven, with a project mindset and customer service orientation
