Job Description:

Join T-Mobile’s CRM & NBA Reporting & Measurement team as a Sr Analyst specializing in business analysis and advanced reporting tools. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights for CRM strategies and Next Best Action initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and analyze CRM and NBA data
  • Design, build, and refine dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes using Python for automation
  • Serve as a technical and analytical resource by sharing best practices in SQL and data analysis

Requirements:

  • HS diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years in a Business Analysis or Reporting Analysis role
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting and optimizing complex SQL queries
  • Experience with Python for data analysis and automation
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
