Job Responsibility:
Lead the day-to-day management of the enterprise TMUS affiliate team
Develop and maintain comprehensive go-to-market plans for affiliate partnerships
Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with affiliate and performance partners
Pioneer and scale T-Mobile’s performance partnership strategy
Analyze campaign and partner performance data
Partner closely with internal media, marketing, analytics, IT, and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
6+ years of experience in performance marketing with at least 4+ years owning or leading affiliate marketing programs
Proven experience launching new affiliate programs and scaling existing programs
Strong hands-on experience managing day-to-day affiliate program operations and partner relationships
Demonstrated experience mentoring, developing, and motivating teams
Strong communicator with the ability to build and manage relationships
Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hybrid work environment
Nice to have:
Experience working with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact
Experience managing creators and influencer partnerships
