This role leads the tactical deployment of campaigns across multiple business lines to support marketing objectives. It directs the execution and optimization of strategies following industry guidelines and data-driven insights. The role differentiates itself by leading cross-functional collaboration and implementing test and learn methodologies across business units. Success is measured by the effectiveness and innovation of paid search programs in achieving performance targets. The work enhances organizational marketing impact and competitive positioning through improved operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the enterprise TMUS affiliate team
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive go-to-market plans for affiliate partnerships
  • Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with affiliate and performance partners
  • Pioneer and scale T-Mobile’s performance partnership strategy
  • Analyze campaign and partner performance data
  • Partner closely with internal media, marketing, analytics, IT, and cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing with at least 4+ years owning or leading affiliate marketing programs
  • Proven experience launching new affiliate programs and scaling existing programs
  • Strong hands-on experience managing day-to-day affiliate program operations and partner relationships
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring, developing, and motivating teams
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build and manage relationships
  • Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
