Cella by Randstad Digital is currently recruiting for a Sr. Advisor, Strategy and Engagement to join the team of one of our premier clients in the energy and infrastructure sector. This is a high-visibility role within a dynamic Projects organization, focused on aligning internal teams with enterprise strategy through world-class communication and engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive communications professional who thrives in an environment where work is highly visible and impactful. Job Responsibility:

  • Develop high-level communications, presentations, and materials that translate complex organizational strategies into engaging content for diverse internal audiences
  • Partner with senior leaders to draft messaging regarding capabilities, resourcing, and organizational priorities
  • Lead the content strategy and coordination for internal video series, intranets, and social collaboration platforms (e.g., Viva Engage), ensuring all content is on-brand and aligned with enterprise messaging
  • Support the annual communication planning process and lead engagement activities that connect team performance to overarching corporate goals
  • Track and analyze engagement data to develop comprehensive reports on the effectiveness of communication initiatives
  • Act as a key point of contact between the Projects team and internal Public Affairs and Sustainability departments to ensure consistency and accuracy

Requirements:

  • University degree or diploma in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in corporate communications or a similar strategic role
  • Exceptional writing and editing abilities with a proven track record of developing executive-level presentations
  • Advanced skills in the MS Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on PowerPoint for high-stakes visual storytelling
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while managing competing interests
  • A collaborative team player capable of building relationships across multiple levels of an organization
  • Ability to work from the Calgary office on the designated hybrid schedule, with occasional travel as required
